Zenith Factor Tech: Price Match Policy

At Zenith Factor Tech, we want you to shop with confidence. If you find a lower price on an identical item from an Authorized Dealer, we will match it.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a price match, the product must be:

  • Identical: Must share the exact same brand, model number, and specifications.
  • From an Authorized Dealer: We only match prices from verified retailers authorized by the manufacturer. We do not match third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., individual Amazon or eBay sellers), auction sites, or "gray market" resellers.
  • Currently In-Stock: The item must be available for immediate purchase at the competitor's online store at the time of the request.

2. Conditions & Exclusions

  • Verification: You must provide a direct, live URL to the product page on the Authorized Dealer's website. Screenshots are not accepted.
  • Exclusions: We do not match "Flash Sales," Black Friday/Cyber Monday doorbusters, clearance, open-box items, or typographical pricing errors.
  • No Double-Dipping: Price matches cannot be combined with Zenith Factor Tech discount codes, loyalty rewards, or automated Shopify "Buy X Get Y" promotions.

3. How to Request a Price Match

Since our Shopify checkout calculates totals in real-time, please follow these steps:

Option A: Before You Buy (Recommended)

Click the Live Chat icon or email support@zenithfactor.com with the link to the competitor's listing. Once our team verifies the dealer's authorized status, we will send you a custom one-time discount code to use at checkout.

Option B: After Your Purchase

If you find a lower price within 3 days of your purchase, contact us with your Order # and the competitor's link. After verification, we will issue a partial refund directly to your original payment method. Please note it may take 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
